Application
This machine is related to Steel & Construction industries to doing test & QC control of diverse rebar & wire. As a result, rebar's operation will be visually checked & reported (in Bending Loads) in compliance with the Standard
Description
This system due to using Drive & Servo Motor AC (Close Loop Control) & powerful Gearbox to apply high torque has capability to bend & re-bend rebar in favor of operator (up to 180° degree). Also, the Test speed (Min 0.001 RPM or 0.006 Rad/min & Max 10 RPM or 62 Rad/min) can be adjusted by using a PLC and touch screen HMI. The other facilities of HMI: capability to define various test, separate adjustment of Bend & Re-bending angle with high accuracy & displaying Torque-angle curve of Bend & re-Bending. Totally, this Machine composed of 25 diverse adapters (various sizes) is used for bending & re-bending which has designed proportional to rebar diameter in accordance with the last standard changes ISIR 3132 with the Hardness 45-50 HRC
The accessories consists of various diameter adapters designed to test all kinds of rebars.( grade 40 [280], grade 60 [420], grade 75 [520])
Apart from the mentioned adapters there has been considered a few supports to hold rebar in re-bending test which they can be installed in proper place proportional to the rebar size. There are two limit switch increasing Machine's safety to prevent striking specimen or support with sensitive sections and stop the motion.
