Descriptions

Guided Bend test is a simple test which is used to determine quality of weld metal (or metals) against high plastic deformation. A specimen is placed on the supports and the plunger with standard radius (depends on kinds of material and its thickness) bends the specimen up to 180 degrees (or 90 Degrees). The result is investigated visually.
